Industrial Palm Kernel Shell

Raw Indonesian palm kernel shell sourced from North Sumatra mills for co-firing and industrial boiler combustion, supplied on tested batch parameters.

Verified Batch Testing Criteria

Every shipment carries distinct physical metrics based on processing depth and regional mill origin. We report all values strictly on confirmed laboratory test baselines.

4,000–4,300 kcal/kg GCV

Screened vs. Unscreened

Standard Inherent Limits

Typical gross calorific value measured on an as-received basis. Net calorific value parameters are calculated per batch report depending on moisture levels.

Supplied either as raw unscreened shell or mechanically screened material to remove excess fiber, sand, and oversized foreign matter before export loading.

Moisture typically tests between 15% and 22% as-received. Total ash ranges from 3% to 6%, with independent laboratory verification provided prior to vessel dispatch.

Port Logistics

Belawan Port Staging and Bulk Loading

Cargo is coordinated through the Port of Belawan in North Sumatra, supporting both breakbulk vessel loading and 20-foot general cargo container stuffing. Material is drawn from vetted regional collection points and aggregated under covered staging areas to manage moisture uptake.

Representative sampling takes place during consolidation, generating batch-specific laboratory test reports covering calorific value, moisture, and particle distribution. We do not issue blanket guarantees across uninspected stockpiles.
